Book In Advance
All bespoke or custom services you need must be booked at-least 7 days in advance for us to meet all your requirements.
Deposit Required
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve. The final payment is due 21 weeks before service starts.
Enhanced Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. Our chauffeurs will never disclose details of your service.
Flexible Cancellation
Cancel up until 7 days before commencement. You will not be on the hook for the remaining balance.

Short- & Long-Term Contracts
We are flexible and can accommodate any contract whether short-term or long-term at any budget.
Disclaimer: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book, and the remainder is collected 28 days before your event. A credit card will be stored securely on file upon booking. We enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy in which you have up to 2 business days to cancel after booking. If cancelled within 2 business days, your deposit may be held for up to 2 weeks for all payments to settle followed by a refund minus 20%. You can cancel the entire booking up to 7 days before commencement for a partial refund. An initial $300 cleaning fee will be assessed for any destruction, spills or vomit in the vehicle. 20% auto-gratuity is added to all event rates.
